-19 degrees, the Crossing staff gathered for a time of celebration and training. We are extremely proud that our students have doubled the number of credits posted last year during the first semester. Our staff has done an outstanding job learning new strategies in motivating our students to stay focused on their work and focus on their individual goals of obtaining credits for their high school diploma. At the conclusion of our staff development session, we cut our decorated cake. Every time we gather for training, we are amazed with the outstanding quality of staff members that we have at the Crossing. These people are focused on loving their students daily and connecting with them many hours outside the normal school day. We believe all organizations are only as good as those who work in the trenches daily. God has truly blessed us beyond our expectations with a tremendously talented and committed staff.
